4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are agreed prior to service commencement.

  • Payments must be made in full within the agreed timeframe.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

We reserve the right to charge additional fees for:

  • Waiting time
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Changes to delivery instructions
  • Additional labour or mileage

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the company’s discretion based on incurred costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery and collection information
  • Ensuring goods are properly packed and safe for transport
  • Declaring fragile, hazardous, or high-value items
  • Ensuring access to collection and delivery locations

Frighton Logistics shall not be responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


7. Liability & Damages

  • Frighton Logistics will take reasonable care of goods during transit.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by UK law.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Mechanical issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party actions

8. Insurance

  • Standard insurance coverage applies where applicable.
  • Additional insurance must be requested in advance if required.
